91 FM Sold To Owner of K-Love/Air 1 (From Radio Trade Publication: AllAccess.com)

EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION is buying another station in the OKLAHOMA CITY market, buying noncommercial Contemporary ChristianKOKF/EDMOND from RON DRYDEN's RDM BROADCASTING ENTERPRISES, INC. for $4 million. EMF owns K-LOVE affiliate KYLV in the market. JOHN PIERCE of JOHN PIERCE AND CO. served as exclusive broker for the deal.
